VOCATION FEST ~ SUNDAY ~
MARCH 21, 2010 ~ OPEN HOUSE
The Vocations Office of the Archdiocese
of Milwaukee will host their first annual
Vocationfest on Sunday, March 21, 2010
from 1 p.m. till 4 p.m. at St. Francis
De Sales Seminary, St. Francis, Wisconsin.
Vocationfest will replace the annual Vocation
Teams Workshops held in years past and
will offer vocation promotion training,
best practices of parishes well established
in vocation promotion, interaction with
Vocation Ministers of the Milwaukee Archdiocese,
Seminarians and Seminary Faculty.
Join one of the tours of St. Francis De
Sales Seminary or take the Vocation Trolley
over to neighboring Convent of the Sisters
of St. Francis of Assisi. Vocation Ministers
of the Archdiocese (VMMA) will be on hand
to answer your questions and offer “take-home” resources
for your personal, parish or school distribution.
The Vocations Theatre will offer a variety
of religious life based video and personal
appearances.
This event is open to the
public. vocation team members are strongly
encouraged to attend.

Annual Life Directions
Retreat Weekend - September 24th thru 26th,
2010
Life
Directions Retreat - A weekend
for Single Catholic Men, ages 18-45, is
held in the fall each year.
This Retreat
Weekend will be held at St. Francis Seminary's
Retreat House - Meyer Hall, on the last
weekend in September. The dates are September
24, 25th and 26th, 2010.
Vocation Ministers are on hand to provide
answers to your questions and share stories
about their calling. You will have the opportunity
to share with others who are also discerning
God's call. Enjoy panel discussions, presentations,
break-out groups, prayer and quiet reflection
on God's invitation.
Meals and accommodations
are provided for by the Serra Clubs of the
Milwaukee Archdiocese at no cost to you.
Life Directions
Weekend is free of any pressure of commitment.
It is an experience designed to enable you
to make an informed vocation choice - whatever
and whenever that may be.

Teen Vocations Meetings Invite
High School Guys to "Think Priest"
Brian Magliocco, who coordinates
the Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rally, has an organized
monthly gathering & dinner for high school
age boys. Those who attend get together with a
group of students their own age and discuss possiblities
for the future. Mass & Prayer is also part
of the evening's events. These gatherings take
place in the Kenosha, Wisconsin area. For more
