Treat co-workers with affirmation, kindness, and sensitivity.

Take a stand on corporate issues with moral underpinnings. Are you aware of a glass ceiling when it comes to promotion of women? Is your department creating a paper trail to fire a worker who suffered a work-related injury? Are proper accounting standards upheld?

Look for win-win opportunities such as educational assistance for job-related courses or a matching charitable contribution program.

Are you a mentor? Is there someone in your department who has the spirituality, people skills, and sense of generosity that point to priesthood? Inviting someone you know to think about priesthood will provide affirmation and encouragement to your co-worker.
